Any personal information that is shared with me by clients is kept private and used solely for research and contact purposes as agreed with the client. Personal information is held as is required and necessary to conduct the research on behalf of clients and for me to retain them for a minimum period of 5 years as required by law. If a client wishes me to communicate with any other individual regarding my research for them, I will first require their written permission to do so. It is my policy to avoid publishing private information about living individuals without first obtaining consent. Any queries concerning the retention of personal information or about how to have any information deleted should be submitted by email or via my contact form.
Use of Research for Clients
I may from time to time ask permission to publish extracts from my research for clients on my website and social media platforms. I may also incorporate results of research in talks I give or publications that I write. No information about living people would be revealed.
